Have you ever worked hours and hours but felt like you accomplished nothing? Time management may be the problem. Here are some ways to prioritize your tasks each day.

  1. As soon as you set foot in your office, create a list of things you need to accomplish that day.
  2. Once your list is finished, read it, determine which task is the most important, and place it on the top of your list.
  3. Next, place the second-most important task and so on.
  4. Place tasks that are the least appealing or most challenging at the top. You will feel more productive once you have those things crossed off your list.
