Cancellation and Refund Policy

EntreLeadership pass purchases may be cancelled for a full refund within three calendar days of purchase. After three days, the following policies apply:


7 months or more before the event:

  1. 70% refund (of amount paid)
  2. OR - Full transfer to another multi-day EntreLeadership event within 12 months
    • Must pay difference in pass price (if any)
    • No refunds if future event pass price is less than original pass price
    • Original purchase must be paid in full to transfer

4–6 months before the event:

  1. 50% refund (of amount paid)
  2. OR - Full transfer to another multi-day EntreLeadership event within 12 months
    • Must pay difference in pass price (if any)
    • No refunds if future event pass price is less than original pass price
    • Original purchase must be paid in full to transfer

0–3 months before the event:

  1. No refunds
  2. Transfers available to another multi-day EntreLeadership event within 12 months with the following conditions:
    • Transfer fee applies - $1,600 per pass for Summit and $2,000 per pass for Master Series
    • Must pay difference in pass price (if any)
    • Original purchase must be paid in full to transfer
  3. No transfers or refunds within 2 weeks of an event
